1. General Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of food items (pickles, sweets), returns are generally not accepted once delivered.
- Exceptions apply if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
2. Eligible Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product is spoiled or unsafe to consume.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed food items.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Items returned after the allowed time frame.
4. Kirana Items
- Non‑perishable kirana items may be returned if unopened and in original condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 1 day of delivery.
5. Courier Requirement
- Customers are responsible for couriering the return items to the official Pickle House address:
Burma Camp, Visakhapatnam - Items must be dispatched by the customer on the same day or the next day after delivery.
- Courier charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PhonePe).
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Customers will be notified once the refund is initiated.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) must be provided.
- Customers may be asked to provide photo or video evidence of damaged/incorrect items before shipping them back.
